Golf GPS Device Reviews: Callaway uPro
We are currently reviewing the new Callaway uPro Go, the younger sibling to our top-rated Callaway uPro device. In contrast to the uPro, the uPro Go is a simpler (and correspondingly less expensive) device. The uPro Go features the same course availability as the uPro, but not does have the aerial imagery, video flyovers, full fairway view or ability to determine distances to any point outside the green area. With the Callaway uPro Go there are no per-course download fees, but rather a one-time fee of $50 to activate “GoMode”, which provides a rendering of the green and surrounding area, along with the ability to select any point within that area to receive distance readings.
We love the Callaway uPro, and we are looking forward to reviewing the latest addition to the Callaway lineup – the uPro Go, shortly.
